2 weeks. And only 37 things left on the todo list. Sounds a lot to the untrained ear…but i think we’re on top of things!
But man alive, in 2 weeks i become a married woman.
Lets hope this being awake from 2am-5am malarky isn’t a sign of things to come…

I get married in 3 weeks. To my lovely Steve.
It’s completely surreal, and completely amazing, and completely God given. If you’d have told me two years ago that this would be me, i’d have told you ‘thanks, but i don’t see it’. I’d convinced myself that i was going to be single for.my.whole.life. I was reconciling myself to trusting God that this was for the best, and got there (most of the time!).
Then Steve turned up. Well, honestly, Steve had been around for a while. But suddenly, (after a quick prayer throw-up after he told me he thought there was something between us and i felt/saw nothing,) Steve was definitely on my radar. Like Christmas morning is on a 5yr olds radar on Christmas Eve - that level of non-sleeping excitement was suddenly buzzing around me.
And now, 20 months later to the day from our ‘official’ dating anniversary, i’m sat here typing that in 3 weeks i’m going to become his wife.
God is good. And trusting Him with your life - no matter how hard it can be - is the best decision you could ever make.
